Leuchars Station Footbridge

This job involved mechanical preparation and painting of the worst corroded areas at Leuchars Footbridge Station - staircases soffits and stringer beams.

This was completed to extend the service life of the structure due to the heavy footfall of passengers accessing platforms to travel to St. Andrews, Dundee and Edinburgh.

In completing this job it means the structure will require minor maintenance which in future will prevent major maintenance.
